Shipping

Shipping is FREE on All orders with No Minimum Order Value required. Products undergoing a giveaway promotion (product cost is $0.00) are excluded from this, having a flat rate of $8.95 for shipping.

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Deliveries take an average of 12-20 days (depending on the destination) and in rare cases 30+ days. More specific shipping times available in our ' List of Accepted Countries' page and during order checkout.

We offer worldwide shipping for our customers from all around the globe! Currently we support trackable deliveries to over 50 countries. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to, or are more difficult to ship to. Please check if your country is among the ones we accept, and if you wish to make an order but your country isn't listed, contact us by e-mail and we'll try to work it out together!

Refunds

Eligible for Refund or Reshipment:

• No more than 14 days have passed since you received your order.
• If you did  not  receive the product within the guaranteed time (not including 2-5 day processing).
• If you received the wrong item/size/color etc.
• If you received the product damaged or in a faulty condition due to manufacturing issues.
• If you simply do not like the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but our team will decide if you will get a full or partial reimbursement.

NOT Eligible for Refund:

• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control [i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not picking up your package from your local Postal Office (if required)].
• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of bertie-botts.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
• You simply changed your mind after the order was shipped.
• More than 14 Days have passed since you received your order.
