When are you going to charge my Credit/Debit Card or PayPal Account?
Payment is accepted ONLY after the products are packed and shipped! Once you've finished your order, you'll receive an e-mail ordered products are available and re-check with you the items ordered, shipping times & other questions you might have. However, should 24 hours pass since we confirmed your order and we can't get in contact with you, we'll begin processing the order automatically and charge your Credit/Debit Card or PayPal Account.
Why would I subscribe to your Mailing List?
If you don't want to be bothered with promotional e-mails, hey, we get that and we don't want to push you towards something like this. The Valyrian Forge is proud to offer a very interacting and rich experience for our visitors, so we won't spam you with countless promotional offers and e-mails. We'll remember your preferences and only inform you about products you'd be interested in. However you'd miss future deals and discounts available only to our customers that take part in our Loyalty Program (aka our Mailing List).
How do I qualify for FREE Insured Shipping?
We offer FREE Insured Shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value or quantity. Exceptions to this are the orders which contain giveaway products (item cost is $0.00, you only need to cover shipping).
How do I apply a discount code? How many can I use?
Insert the discount code (ex. WINTER10) while on the 'Customer Information' step during Checkout. It will be located on the right side of your screen (for desktop users).
ATTENTION! You can only use 1 Discount Code per order [basic 'On Sales' Promotions don't add to this (ex. if a product is already 25% OFF, you can still use a Discount Code.)]
What if I'm not happy with your services? Can I get a refund?

I don't see my country listed in your 'List of Accepted Countries' but I want your product! What do I do?
E-mail us by entering the 'Contact Us' page (Footer Menu) and fill out the form specifying your inquiry and we'll try to find a way to deliver the wanted products in your country in a satisfactory way!
What will you do with the personal information that I provide you with?
We'll use it at a bare minimum so we can fulfull our services to you in the best manner possible. For more information visit our 'Privacy Policy' page.
I've noticed a few things about your store that might use some improvements. Do you take Customer Suggestions?
We appreciate a lot when you want to take some of your own personal time only to help us make this experience better, so yes, we kindly take any suggestions. We actually want to ask you to tell us anything that seems off, isn't working at full capacity, latency, any issue you'd have, so we can optimize everything to the maximum. Be sure to enter our 'Contact Us' page from the Main Menu using an appropriate subject!
