How do you ship packages?

In order to provide you with the best prices, we ship directly from manufacturers from different warehouses around the world. This will sometimes lead to you receiving more than 1 package, if your ordered items were shipped from multiple manufacturers. Do not worry, you  will not be charged extra for multiple packages! 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping for our customers from all around the globe! Currently we support trackable deliveries to over 50 countries. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to, or are more difficult to ship to. Please check if your country is among the ones we accept, and if you wish to make an order but your country isn't listed, contact us by e-mail and we'll try to work it out together!

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Deliveries take an average of 12-20 days (depending on the destination) and in rare cases 30+ days. More specific shipping times available in our ' List of Accepted Countries' page and during order checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE on all orders with no minimum value required*.

Products undergoing a giveaway promotion are excluded from this, having a flat rate of $8.95 for shipping.

What about customs/import duties?

99% of our orders are custom free, however in some cases custom fees can apply. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.  Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. 

However, we always want to give you the most  bang  for  your  buck, therefore we present you a solution  exclusive to ‘Galactic Market': after you've paid the customs, feel free to contact us with a graphic proof of the customs expense, and we'll  personally refund you that amount via  PayPal

 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we provide tracking information on all our orders. You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
