Refund Policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one if you meet our criteria for refunds:
Eligible for Refund or Reshipment:
1. If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (not including 2-5 day processing).
2. If you received the wrong item/size/color etc.
3. If you received the product damaged or in a faulty condition to manufacturing issues.
4. If you simply do not like the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but our team will decide if you will get a full or partial reimbursement.
NOT Eligible for Refund:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control [i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not picking up your package from your local Postal Office (if required)].
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of bertie-botts.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
3. You simply changed your mind after the order was shipped.
4. More than 14 Days have passed since you received your order.
*You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (varies from country to country) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on our Contact Us page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
